Refund policy

Sophie Grace Creates will only accept returns or refunds if the product/s are returned in the original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product arrives in a damaged condition or you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at sophiegraceccreatescontact@gmail.com to resolve the issue.

We will get in contact with you once your return has been received and approved. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
