Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping prices depend on the weight of the package. You can find the prices when checking out.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We will get in contact with you if your order has been delayed. Please note, during busy periods and holidays we may have to increase that time frame.

Tracked Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will then be able to track your order using the link given. Please email us at sophiegracecreatescontact@gmail.com if you have any concerns with your order.

Non-tracked Shipping:

Non-tracked shipping is a cheaper option only within Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email. When your parcel is given to Australia Post, that is no longer our responsibility and we cannot track down your parcel. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen mail etc. Please choose standard tracked shipping if you would like it tracked.
